Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to receive and maintain a public trust. Current DHS public trust preferred or DOD top secret with a current BI within the last 3 years. 

Dev Technology Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Team Lead/Systems Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing systems administration and technical leadership for our client's infrastructure, with a focus on Windows, Unix, and network systems.

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Serve as the infrastructure team lead and senior systems administrator for Windows, Unix, and network systems
• Provide daily support activities, including patching, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Conduct in-depth analysis of system issues and present solutions with detailed analysis to meet the client's needs
• Lead and manage a team of administrators to ensure project completion within timelines and in an efficient manner
• Assist with the design, development, and deployment of multi-site replacement solutions for existing systems
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems administration for Windows, Unix, and network systems
• Experience with planning, deployment, and management of systems on a daily basis
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
• Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Experience with Operating Systems: Windows (7, 10, Server 2003-2019), Solaris (10-11.4), RedHat (7-8), Vmware ESXi (3.5-7.3), Cisco IOS
• Experience with Databases: MSSQL (2000-2019)
• Experience with Software: MS Office (200-2016), SCCM (2007-2012), SCOM (2007-2012), Netbackup (7-9)

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Experience in a government contracting environment
• Security Clearance: DHS Public Trust or DOD Secret 
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security , SAFe Training, etc. 

Our estimated salary range for this position is $100,000-$185,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on education, experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
