Senior Project Manager, #769

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Dev Technology is seeking a project manager capable and excited to manage a portfolio of 2-3 projects, including but not limited to: managing and guiding other project managers with teams, accountability for the health and success of each project in the portfolio, with direct responsibility for the strategy, planning, reporting, controlling, communications, resource planning & staffing, deliverables & milestone, and client satisfaction for each project. 

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Must have a bachelor's degree and 12 plus years experience in project management or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Must hold and active PMP OR CSM certification. 
• Must possess exceptional people care abilities with experience managing, guiding, and mentoring teams
• Must have experience managing projects in an agile environment coupled with government contract IT services project management experience
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, open, written) are required for success in this role
• Project management experience must include the following exposure, skills, and hands on ability: 
  • Ability to lead multiple projects, teams, and applications, including all schedules, risk assessments, change control, documentation & tracking, identification of issues and correction actions required, documentation of metrics, project budget management, resource planning, and experience working with partners and subs, etc.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• DHS public trust clearance or Top Secret clearance with a recent BI preferred
• PMP and CSM certification preferred

Our estimated salary range for this position is $116,000-$185,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on education, experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
