IT, Project Management Our application development department develops and supports a wide range of different projects for European customers, such as Daimler, Deutsche Telekom etc).
As a rule, an international team including German and Russian developers, QA engineers, and architects are involved in a project.
Very various technology stacks are used in the projects and there are mobile, web as well as desktop development.
The projects are developed using different methodologies Waterfall or Agile depending on customers' requirements.
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and proactive project manager who is able to build strong relations with customers, drive and motivate other employees and take responsibility for goals and their achievements. Responsibilities include but not limited to project estimations, budgets, launching new projects, staffing, people motivation and developments, innovation development. Responsibilities:
* Management of several projects 3-10 people (contractual conditions, scope definition, cost/effort estimation, planning and controlling, risk management, etc.);
* Take part in business development activities to grow projects;
* Pre-sales and tender support;
* Establish strong and trust relationship with international end customers to maintain customer satisfaction on a very high level;
* Be pro-active in company process improvements;
* People management: staffing, coaching, motivation, conflict resolution, set up of collaboration within international teams.
Requirements:
* 2 years project management experience in both Waterfall and Agile;
* At least basic knowledge in product management;
* Experience in business development is desirable;
* Strong communication and presentation skills;
* Open-minded and proactive person;
* Good level of English.
