Overview

Deutsche Bank Payment Lifecycle Manager Team is looking for Frontend Developer to implement User Interface (UI) for the payment-processing engine and many surrounding services. The product is a large-scale high-load payments processing plant functioning all over the world.

Tech stack consists of Typescript, React, Webpack, jest testing-library, continuous integration/continuous deployment, or development (CI/CD) with TeamCity and Jenkins. If interested, frontend developer might be involved in Java backend development.

The UI Team is responsible for the whole UI lifecycle: specifications, design, technologies selection, successful implementation, unit-testing, CI/CD

What You'll Do

• Design and develop new functionality
• Working with BAs on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis, and design
• Coding and testing, code reviewing
• Writing unit-tests
• Contribute to the definition of the future state of the system architecture
• When product and architecture experience gained, mentor and direct more junior developers

Skills You'll Need

• Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and React
• Experience in UI Web development (and desire to continue gaining UI development experience)
• Good experience in HTML/CSS
• Understanding of how web-browsers works
• Basic knowledge of Linux

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience working collaboratively with developers, product owners, and analysts, in overall - good team worker
• Eager to learn about new technology and gain new skills as required
• Attention to details, discipline

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
