To effectively build and maintain customer relationships throughsolicitation while maximizing revenue opportunities utilizing our serviceofferings.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

·To meet or exceed individual customer Service Level Agreements(SLA)

·Actively monitor and rectify scorecard by customer

·Ensure daily solicitation goals are met

·Ensure understanding and use of all USA Truck service offerings

·To meet or exceed operating plan line haul goals by accounts

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills,attributes)

•High School diploma or equivalent.

•Understand network needs and balance

•Effectively build working relationships with salesteam

•Effectively communicate to our internal and externalcustomers

•Effective use of written and oral communication

•Ability to create and sustain relationships bothinternally with fellow team members and externally with customer contacts

•Ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and handlemultiple issues simultaneously

•Ability to deliver exceptional service throughpositive engagement and patience.

•Ability to work in a team environment to continuouslyimprove results.

•Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
