Detour Doughnuts is a local gourmet doughnut coffee shop with a monthly rotating menu in West Frisco of DFW.
We are a female owned Korean-American owned small business that has been open since July 2018.

What we're looking for:
We are hiring for an overnight full time doughnut baker. The kitchen is responsible for cake doughnuts, yeast-raised dough, and sweet dough for our storefront, catering, and wholesale. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated. We value kindness, compassion, intuition, creativity, good work ethic, and diversity.
Quality candidates possess:
- a natural sense of urgency & a desire to work with a team
- knowledge of yeast products, including naturally leavened doughs
- the ability to work with a group, as well as solo
- the ability to lift 50 pounds
- flexible availability, including holidays and weekends
Experience working with bread and doughs is ideal, although willing to teach someone with pastry or kitchen experience.
Pay:
Employment Trial Period (minimum 4 weeks)- $15/hr
After all BOH training- $17/hr or more with tips
Store hours:
Open everyday.
Start date ASAP
