We're looking for someone who: • Is a Martech rockstar who understands both the tactical and technical requirements of complex campaigns and can handle both inside and outside the box requirements • Has a passion for delivering high-quality care for pets and better customer experience for pet parents • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant field • 5 years of digital campaign or CRM experience managing multiple brands, with a working knowledge of Adobe solutions including AEP, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, and AEM • Experience building emails in code with HTML and CSS • Strong analytical skills with a commitment to driving the success of marketing programs, with a strong attention to detail, clarity and accuracy; considering & accounting for center nuances • A data-driven approach to problem-solving with experience in data and analytics platforms including tracking, attribution and A/B testing • Is innately curious: you ask great questions and learn new things quickly • A strong desire to execute, drive impact, deliver with excellence and demonstrate urgency • Is up for the challenge of creating scalable communications for a young, rapidly growing company pioneering new ways of communicating with pet parents Destination Pet LLC affords equal employment opportunities to employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetic information, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
