Why You? 

You love cooking! You’re someone who is consistently awesome and has an eye for the important details. Being able to hang in a fast paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, that’s even better. Speaking and understanding English is a bonus, and so is being comfortable standing for long periods of time. You’ll need to show off your muscles from time to time, so be able to lift up to 50 pounds. A great attitude and the flexibility in your schedule to work weekends and some holidays are the last ingredients to being part of our team.

The Day to Day. 

Prepare amazing food from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results

Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices

Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment

Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great

Keep it clean! Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards

Compensation - $17 - $21 per hour DOE and access to our comprehensive benefits program after 60 days. 

  • Winter wellness benefit reimbursement of $1000 per year. 
  • Health insurance benefit contribution of $250 per month. This amount is pre-tax and is contributed to your overall individual monthly premium. You will be eligible to join 60 days after the first of the month you were hired in. 
  • Accumulation of one week paid personal time off per year.
  • Paid sick days 
  • Tuition reimbursement for pre-approved, industry related coursework up to $1k per year 
  • Eligible for our group travel experiences.
