Interested in joining the DOCR team? We are looking for coffee professionals to join our Rochester team. Coffee experience is required, with specialty coffee shop barista experience highly-desired. Must be committed to providing an exceptional experience to each of our guests. Expected starting base pay is $11.00 to $11.50 per hour, plus an additional $5 to $7 per hour in tips.
