We're currently hiring experienced baristas who can work independently. The compensation is $15 per hour plus tips. Required to work weekends or rotating every other weekend. If you're interested or know someone who might be, please apply!

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Upsell additional products or specials to customers
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred
