Location: Hybrid Remote within commuting distance of the Suffield, Connecticut office.Schedule: M-Th 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EDT & Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EDT
Position Overview
Our Customer Experience Reps provide exceptional communication and high-level customer management by going above and beyond to bring forth professional, courteous, and efficient service. This position will manage the various process tasks for the customer and proactively communicate throughout while providing best-in-class service. You will utilize your strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle situations that arise with dissatisfied customers.
