JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a detail-oriented individual who has a passion for numbers and a flair for accounting? Design Infini is searching for a responsible person who can keep up with a fast-paced environment, assist the controller and other members of the accounting department with daily accounting tasks, and grow together as a company.

· Understand basic accounting principles.

· Excellent communication skills

· Punctual, self-motivated, and able to effectively follow up and through with assignments.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in accounting or finance, preferred

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook; ESPECIALLY in Excel.

· Experienced with QuickBooks and Syspro ERP Systems or other ERP Systems is a plus.

· Familiarity with purchasing & logistics is a plus.

· Ability to work with and preserve confidential information

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

· Set up new customers in the accounting system.

· Enter orders, create invoices, issue credit memos, and apply payments for customers.

· Perform daily warehouse shipment order processing, invoicing, and email customers invoices.

· Enter vendor invoices and gather appropriate approval for payment, apply for payments, and issue factory purchase orders.

· Reconcile credit card accounts and prepare social media expenditure analysis.

· Perform inventory receipt and transfer.

· Support all day-to-day accounting functions and reporting as assigned.

· Other duties as needed.
