ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will have the opportunity to take the lead in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment, lighting, motors, associated motor components, backup systems, and low voltage systems. You will work under the direction of the supervisor assigned to your team and ensure that all materials and tools required for each project are reviewed and accounted for. It will be your responsibility to accurately complete STA forms for each job, fill out T&M tickets at the time of services performed, and obtain customer signatures. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean work area and van, ensuring that tools and materials are always accounted for. Mentoring new helpers and apprentices, teaching them best practices, safety protocols, and proficiency, will also be a crucial part of your role. Showcasing your commitment to punctuality and safety, you will always arrive early and fully prepared for your shift, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the task at hand.
