The Virginian Hotel is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Lynchburg, VA
Looking for a full-time Hotel Maintenance technician to join our maintenance team. Must have at least 2 years experience. Hours will be 12PM to 8PM Thursday - Saturday, 8AM - 4 PM Sunday and either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and off the other two. Must have good customer service skills, be accurate and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
The technicians duties will be to complete daily work order and assist with other projects in the hotel. Deep cleaning experience helpful (shampoo carpets, power washing the building and sidewalks, cleaning windows and parking lots).
Experience in these areas will be helpful but not required: painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, door locks, safes, appliance repair and Wi-Fi. You will be joining a team and we assist, learn and teach each other. Dependability and the willingness to learn is most important.
