- Members and clients are greeted in a positive, professional manner.
- Answer calls, assist patients when able and triages.
- Effectively works and communicates with Population Health and Prescription Management and other departments.
- Maintain orderliness of work area.
- Checks in patients prior to scheduled appointments.
- Verify DOHC/ ACO member eligibility in EZ Cap.
- Schedule patient appointments in the NextGen System.
- Prepare patient education packets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year recent experience in a medical/professional office setting, preferred.
- Computer knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Proficient organizational skills.
- Effectively communicates with others.
- No driving required.
- Routinely uses independent judgement and discretion to resolve issues/concerns.
