We are currently seeking a speech/language pathology assistant (SLPA) to work as part of our special education team providing direct speech services under the supervision of a speech pathologist to students with communication disabilities from Kindergarten to 12th Grade.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction under the supervision of the speech-language pathologists to students in grades K-12 who have been identified as having a speech-language impairment.
• Work collaboratively with all members of the student’s instructional team.
• Document results of instruction and maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Meet daily with the speech-language pathologist to review student progress on goals and make possible modifications to existing treatment plans.

Job Requirements:

• You must have a current Arizona Licensure through the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) to be considered for this position
• Have or be willing to obtain a CPR & First Aid Card
• Have or be willing to obtain a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
