The Building Operations Associate supports the daily functions of the department ensuring tasks are processed effectively and on time. The Building Ops Associate interacts and negotiates with vendors while displaying strong knowledge in the practices of office equipment, supply ordering and delivery, day-to-day operations, phone support, mail room support, and food services support.

What you will do here:

Complete incoming supply order requests for departments and branches, ensure delivery of food services tasks, reconcile vendor invoices with orders, and oversee warehouse storage and organization.

Provide support for all incoming copy and printing requests, maintain stock of branch print-on-demand products. Print name badges for branch locations including ordering business cards for internal departments as required.

Manage and maintain the organization's inventory system. Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory. Handle inventory movements with third-party storage facility and reconcile monthly inventory with accounting system.

Assist with shipping, receiving and courier services, including sorting and scanning incoming mail/packages as well USPS mail. Receive large pallet deliveries. Arrange for Fleet vehicle repairs and maintenance. Be present at branch locations for the delivery or retrieval of packages as required.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

High School Diploma or GED required.

2 years of Warehouse, Inventory, Purchasing, or Print & Copy experience required.

Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite( Excel, Word, Outlook ) required.

Demonstrated knowledge on Shipping/Receiving processes required.

Excellent Customer Service Skills as ell as strong written and verbal communication required.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively both collaboratively on a team, and independently. required.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality required.

Time management skills as well as demonstrated ability to meet deadlines required.
