We are a full-service General Practice with full-service Urgent Care running side by side. We offer our clients a total GP experience with cutting-edge tools to make medicine easier. Our urgent care is that step away from not being a full emergency and allows us to help more pets that may not need the emergency type centre. Our facility is equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, in-house labs, laser therapy, and CT (how would you like to be able to provide a dental CT on every patient?). We’re focused on making sure our hospital has the right tools to allow our doctors the ability to provide excellent service and care.
About the role:
The Lead Veterinary Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding patient experience by directing the veterinary treatment support staff. This role requires a vigilant and competent individual with excellent time management skills who can oversee and enforce company policies, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The primary aim is to provide consistent, efficient care to every patient.
