TITLE: Stationary Engineer 3/Mowing Crew

BASIC FUNCTION:
Perform grounds and stadium work and, custodial work at assigned buildings. Responsibilities may include mowing, trimming, overall grounds and landscape care, snow removal and sidewalk safety, minor repair and maintenance of district facilities and equipment, custodial duties, window and floor care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Required Education and Experience
1. Commercial applicators license Category 3OT (Ornamental and Turf) (or ability to obtain as scheduled)
2. Three years (3) custodial services or grounds and landscaping experience.
3. Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record always aligned with District guidelines.
4. Proven ability to drive a truck and trailer.
5. Ability to work various work schedules depending on weather conditions and time of year. a. April - November (Approximately 7:00AM – 3:30PM) b. December – March (Approximately 2:00PM – 10:30PM)
6. Competency working in a culturally diverse environment or the willingness to acquire these skills.
