Responsible for leading a team in the operations and maintenance of a boiler plant facility and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Coordinates routine and daily monitoring rounds, scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, start ups and shut downs. Ensures compliance with all safety and documentation regulations. May require an associate degree or technical certification. Requires a Boiler Operator State License. Requires EPA Universal Certification.
