Seeking a dynamic front desk Aesthetic Care Coordinator to join our highly collaborative and customer-oriented medical spa team! Dermatology Specialists of Spokane (DermSOS) is a well-known, physician owned, successfully independent dermatology practice located conveniently in downtown Spokane. THE aesthetic center (TAC) team is fluently integrated within our medical practice in recognition and support of our commitment to excellence in customer care. Our Aesthetic Center Coordinator team represents our practice’s first and last impression and drives the flow of each patient’s experience.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop professional relationship with clients (first name basis)
• Provide front desk coverage as assigned
• Answer phones, emails, and messages throughout the day
• Schedule new clients with appropriate providers
• Comply with HIPPA guidelines
• Collect client payment
• Check clients in and out
• Product sales with quarterly incentive bonuses
• Manage providers schedules
• Cancel/reschedule appointments as needed and ensure appropriate communication with client and providers
• Attend and participate in staff meetings
• Provide administrative support to providers (faxing, scanning, etc.)
• Ongoing communication with team members
• Handle occasional crisis call
• Other tasks as assigned

Required Experience:

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required), associate degree preferred.
• Front desk experience in medical practice is preferred, not required; we are willing to train the right person.
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Product Sales / Knowledge (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
• Insurance verification: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social Media management experience (Preferred)
• Wage is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
