Dermatology and Allergy Specialists of Olympia is seeking a full-time front desk member to join
our team. We are an expanding dermatology office under new leadership in the local Olympia
area. If you are someone who has strong customer service skills and you possess exceptional
communication skills, enjoy learning new skills and have a desire to be a part of a hardworking,

This position offers many opportunities and a variety of daily tasks. In this position you will be
expected to greet patients upon arrival at our customer service desk, assist in appointment
scheduling, answering phone calls, working on referrals, scanning documents daily, verifying
insurances and supporting your team. Our phone system is very busy and will require someone
that pays great attention to detail. Additionally, a successful candidate will possess the ability to
multi-task, be detail oriented and work as a team member. Our fast-paced practice environment
will constantly keep you going throughout the day, and your positive attitude will ensure your
long-term success at DASO. You are truly an integral part of our success!
QUALIFICATIONS• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination needed to be hired
• 2 Years Required In: Medical Office Setting / Clerical or Reception Setting / Customer
Service Based Industry

EXPERIENCE• Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in a medical practice is preferred or
working in a customer service based industry as a receptionist.
• Excellent office skills such as accurate typing, filing and spelling are required.
• Familiarity with word processing, data entry, and basic office software (Microsoft Office)
and email programs are preferred.
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds of supplies and sit for long stretches
of time
JOB TYPE: Full-time37 to 40hrs weekly
PAY: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE.
BUSINESS HOURS: Monday - Friday
M-W: 6:30 - 4:30
Thursday: 7:30 - 4:30
Friday: 7:00 - 4:00
Closed on weekends
