Description

This role also serves as a consultant for managers within the organization, advising of current budgetary information and working with managers to create a fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization

• Maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems.
• Supervise receivables, payables, cash receipts, cash disbursements, sales tax reporting, and general ledger functions. 
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close.
• Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization. 
• Responsible for filing of sales tax forms.
• All other work assigned. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree accounting or finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Good organization skills;
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a deadline driven environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Automotive experience preferred but not required;
• Detail oriented.
