Home Health Clinical Manager - RN - Sign-On Bonus!

Dependable Home Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Clinical Manager, RN with a passion for providing quality patient care to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff, coordinating patient care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing departmental budgets.

Job Duties/Responsibilities Include:
Manage all clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to patients.
Evaluate clinical staff performance and provide feedback.
Motivate, mentor and train clinical staff for optimal job performance.
Ensure adherence to established company policies, procedures, and protocols.
Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of patient records and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
Coordinate patient care with physicians, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring all budgetary goals are met.
Communicate with patients and their families to assess their needs and provide appropriate emotional and psychological support.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations related to home health care services.
Ensure the timely completion and submission of all medical records, reports, and other documentation (OASIS EMR experience a plus!).

Qualifications:
Must possess an active RN license in good standing.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum of 3 years previous experience in home health nursing management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Possess strong critical thinking skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Familiarity with state, federal, and local regulations governing home health services.
Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
