DePaul Healthcare is Hiring a Business Office Coordinator (rh) Near Trenton, NJ

Rose Hill, an Assisted Living community located in Robbinsville, is looking for a full-time Business Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for all business office functions at the facility and is the primary liaison with Corporate for Billing/Payroll/Accounting.
Responsibilities
Maintaining personnel information, updating personnel files, responsible for assisting in the preparation of payroll, and various other office/bookkeeping duties. 
 Qualifications
· Good understanding of payroll processing preferably ADP Workforce Now 
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information
· Business computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as the ability to learn new computer applications
Candidates with the following experience are preferred: Payroll/HR, ADP Workforce Now, Healthcare, Associate's or Bachelor’s degree.
