DePaul Cristo Rey High School is Hiring a Student Activities Coordinator Near Cincinnati, OH

Essential skills/functions:
- Organize, supervise and evaluate the student activities program
- Assist the administration with the planning and implementation of all-school assemblies.
- Oversee student council and all assemblies, Pep Rallies and dances, among other duties
- Manage the DPCR spirit store, including inventory, ordering and sales.
- Coordinates all co-curricular activities.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all-school assemblies
- Works with teachers and moderators on field trip logistics and then presents to principal for approval
- Serves as a chaperone for events and field trips as schedule permits.
- Assists the Campus Ministry Director with retreats and service planning.
- Bachelor or Associate degree in education, leadership or related field
- 3 years working in education (or equivalent work with adolescents)
- A valid driver’s license, ability to be certified to drive a school van with a good driving record
- Supports our Catholic Identity as a faith based school
- A willingness to serve others through mentorship and leadership development for adolescents
- Through self management has a high attention to detail and strong organizational capacity
- A keen problem solver with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to collaborate and work behind the scenes to let others shine
Student Supervision/Interaction:
- Adhere to the Decree on Child Protection requirements.
- Complete monthly required Bulletin trainings per VIRTUS Child Protection standards.
- All employees must consider themselves supervisors of students at all times.
