Job Duties

Do you have experience coordinating travel arrangements? The Department of Motor Vehicles is looking for someone like you.
Join us and put your organizational talents to use fielding request and making travel arrangements. You will be responsible for ensuring documents are in order and accurate, and have the ability to craft detailed, yet succinct emails related to travel. On occasion, you may be called on to support the executive staff or serve as back up to the executive staff assistants, so you'll need to be polished, professional and confidential.
Some other skills that will help you succeed in this position are a working knowledge of general office systems, phone systems, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and planning skills; excellent PC skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, grammar, research and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Commonwealth travel policies and regulations is a plus.
