Department Of Defense is Hiring a Logistics Management Specialist with Security Clearance Near Picatinny Arsenal, NJ

Duties * Develops, establishes, implements, and maintains plans, schedules, controls, charts, instructions, and procedures related to the Integrated Product Support (IPS) aspects of assigned items/systems throughout the life cycle * Maintains liaison with personnel of other agencies; i.e., Training and doctrine (TRADOC), Material Readiness support activity, Logistics Evaluation Agency, proponent schools, and other commands having systems related responsibilities. * Supports the development of acquisition strategies, test and evaluation management plans, system engineering plans, purchase description, new material release documents, material fielding plans, and transition plans to insure timely fielding and transition during development/production/deployment stage. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * This position requires a secret security clearance. * This position may require up to 25% TDY * This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics Certification within 36 months of entrance on duty. * This position requires submission of Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, upon entering the position and annually thereafter * This position may require a One-year probationary period may be required.
