Bookkeeper / Office Support

We are looking for a high energy bookkeeper who wants to be part of a exceptional team. You won't grow bored with this role because you will be counted on to provide a variety of office support to your team.

This role requires someone who excels in bookkeeping skills and wants to keep busy helping customer service when the office is hopping!

Starting Pay: $20/hour and up, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Day-to-DayAccounts Payables / Accounts Receivables
General Ledger entries
Bank Deposits
Invoicing
Entering Payroll for Corporate Processing
Some collection duties
Assisting with customer service
Ordering office supplies
Postings to social media
Managing advertisement submissions

RequirementsAt least one-year of Bookkeeping Experience, preference given to retail or manufacturing experience
Experience with JD Edwards a plus
Clean driving record
