- PC applications and /or healthcare applications, 25 wpm typing and ability to prioritize and perform multitude of duties
- Should be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movement.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and needs at one time.
- Ability to be tactful and use diplomacy as needed with customers (internal and external).
- Ability to understand medical terminology and apply it to work functions.
