Job Description: Custodian
Location: Denver, PA, 17517

We are seeking a reliable and experienced custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and be able to work independently. The custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the building. This position works in a variety of spaces with temperatures ranging from -10 to 75 degrees.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash bins
- Restock supplies as needed
- Report any major repairs or maintenance needs to management
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in custodial work
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability or willingness to learn sweeper machine and scissor lift.
