Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
Duties:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Provide technical support for operating systems including Windows, Linux, etc.
- Assist with LAN setup and troubleshooting
- Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, switches, and routers
- Handle desktop support tasks for end-users
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain and update Active Directory user accounts
- PC Upgrades, Printer troubleshooting/ installs. Software familiarity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software troubleshooting and remedy
- Proficiency in various operating systems such as Linux
- Knowledge of LAN setup and configuration
- Experience in providing desktop support and help desk services
- Strong technical support skills for IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Active Directory management
