Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Art Director, Creative Development, to join our award-winning team for our financial services client. You will concept a variety of campaign deliverables including TV spots, social posts, online video for social, out of home, experiential and more. You will have a focus on TV, and production experience is ideal. You will work with copywriters, strategists and other creatives on this collaborative team, and you will report to a Group Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

Provide comping skills on multiple projects

Understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends

Develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters

Collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion

You will concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously

Contribute work to pitches

Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish

Collaborate with Producers, Designers, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project

You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief

Partner with Account teams to manage client and internal expectations

Rally, mentor and support junior associates to meet project goals on time, on budget and with an unforgiving eye on quality

Give and receive constructive feedback

Qualifications

Comfortable with production and post-production

4-7 years of experience in the creative advertising industry at an agency

A portfolio with integrated campaign work and a high level of craft

Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field

Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

Client-facing presentation skills

Demonstrated creative success

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
