Responsibilities and practice

The Des Moines, Iowa office of Dentons Davis Brown is seeking an associate attorney with excellent academic credentials to join our fast-growing Trust & Estates practice group. The person hired for this position will have:

• 2 to 5 years of trust and estates practice experience, including trust and estate administration, estate planning, and guardianship and conservatorship administration
• Commitment to primarily practicing Trust and Estates throughout their career
Continual interest in the practice of law and changing legislation.

Position requirements

Personal skills/attributes

• Excellent analytical and written skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and communicate practical ideas and solutions

Technical skills

• 2 to 5 years trust and estate experience

Other requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa and be in good standing
