We are currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team! The perfect candidate would be capable to operate as a General Dentist with interest to learn and grow into cosmetic and implant Dentistry.

Job Summary:
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, performing a variety of treatments and procedures to maintain or improve oral health. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and a commitment to continuing education and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
• Provide a full range of dental services including restorative, endodontic, periodontic, prosthetic, and surgical procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.
• Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in general dentistry (new graduates may be considered).
• Proficiency in using dental technology and software (e.g., digital radiography, electronic health records).
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
