**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Front Office/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating patient care and treatment plans within our office.

**Duties:**

- Welcome each patient into the office with a smile

- Collaborate with providers to develop and implement patient treatment plans

- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions

- Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office and scheduling

-Phone skills for recalls and treatment plan review

-Experience with Eaglesoft
