DentFirst is seeking to hire an energetic and motivated Patient Service Representative/Front Desk Associate for our Lenox/Buckhead Atlanta, GA location! Job responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance, treatment planning and answering any questions patients have while providing excellent customer service.

Schedule:
- M-F (8-hour shift)
- Saturday Availability
- Full-Time
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Dental office experience (Required)
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Collections experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
- Comfortable in high- volume environment
