  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, HRIS data and other related documentation.
  • Assist HR Managers with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure an accurate and timely processing of employees’ payroll variable elements.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations, norms and company standards.
  • Ensure the full and accurate implementation of the People processes.
  • Provide answers to managers on various topics (legal issues, conflict resolution, discipline, performance management, etc.).
  • Manage HR data and generate reports for management, utilizing HRIS or other relevant systems.
  • Draft HR communications aimed at employees and/or managers, taking care to respect DM's values and brand image as an employer.
  • Contribute to a positive work culture by fostering effective communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Information security

  • Be aware of your responsibility regarding information security.
  • Perform your work according to the applicable policies and procedures.
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS.
  • Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate complex HR related topics.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactivity and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software and tools (Office suite,...).
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn and genuine concern for others.
