Overview

The Dental Solutions of Little Rock offices are excited to welcome a new associate to the team! Led by Dr. Richardson and Dr. Monroe, this experienced and exceptional duo has been in partnership for over 20 years! This job will allow you to be mentored by not one but two owner doctors!

This is a full-time position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas. Little Rock has lots of different outdoor activities to offer! Being home to the 1st national park, it provides an assortment of things such as hiking trails, waterfalls, and golf courses, giving everyone something to enjoy!

Our ideal candidate:

  • Collaborative, decisive, and creative problem solver
  • Highly self-motivated and passionate about learning, especially in areas like endo and implants
  • Someone who sees themself as a future practice partner or owner
  • Available to start between Winter 2023 and Spring 2024

Details about the practice:

  • Prime location at the intersection of I-630 and I-430
  • 7 operatories
  • Mostly FFS patient base with some PPO
  • Fully digital, including digital radiographs, iTero, cone beam
  • Amazing clinical and support staff

Requirements: 

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license
  • Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
