This candidate will be required to engage with and mentor/coach all behavior styles. We have a great team who needs an experienced business manager to lead and supervise them! Roles and Responsibilities include - monitor and manage a team of 25 , including working closely with department heads to ensure team alignment, strong work ethics and maintaining a productive schedule. Oversee daily operations of the dental office; work with team to achieve practice goals; work with admin to generate internal marketing to stimulate new patient growth along with positive reviews and patient referrals; manage the team’s schedules and job roles; oversee the completion of end of day processes; to cross train with all admin job roles including check-in/check-out, schedule patients and handle financial transactions with patients. This position also requires bookkeeping knowledge with QuickBooks experience and collaboration with CPA, including preparing payroll reports. Our office strives to provide a concierge level of professionalism with customer service that leads to exceptional, unparalleled patient care and experience. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING - Former dental/medical office management of multiple staff members and experience in HR. References will be required for this position.
