Dental Care 4 Kids is Hiring a Dental Front Office (1+ Year Exp required) Near Englewood, NJ

Pediatric Dental practice seeking an experienced front office employee to help our wonderful team!
Work in an environment where you are respected and surrounded by a positive office culture and team players.

Dental Care 4 Kids and Orthodontics is a busy pediatric/orthodontic practice where we build long-lasting relationships with our patients and parents and make children's dental experiences the best they can be.

The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, empathy, organization, professionalism, maturity and initiative.

Schedule:

  • Weekday hours ranging from 10AM-7PM or 8AM-5PM
  • Every other Saturday from 8AM-3PM.
  • When working a Saturday, you will have one weekday off.
  • Must be flexible in terms of schedule.
  • This position can also be part time if so desired.

Requirements:

  • 1 year Dental experience
  • Dedication and organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly and compassionate personality

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Making appointments
  • Checking patients in/out
  • Preparing and presenting financial arrangements
  • Collecting copays
  • Multitasking
  • Insurance coordination

The office outsources claims, insurance aging and insurance eligibility and breakdowns so that our team can focus on patient care and patient experience.

Compensation:

Hourly starting at $20 and up dependent on experience.
