As a comprehensive dental clinic we focus on improving people's oral health via life changing procedures. These can often be emotional, expensive and scary for people, which is why this position is pivotal, as you will be the first point of contact of our practice and help coordinate complicated treatment.

It is in our hearts to help people and we have created a unique Patient Experience with the intent to change lives with improved dental healthcare. We are a high-end dental practice with a fee schedule that is on average 40% below Usual and Customary Fees for Bend, Oregon. We offer Complimentary Full Oral Evaluations with 3D Imaging for all new patients. This position is the front line of experience for our patients - whether it is on the phone or in person. We are seeking an intelligent, enthusiastic individual who is detail oriented.

As a patient experience coordinator you are the face of our practice. Experience in the dental/medical field is desirable but not required. We will train you in all aspects of our proven process, including but not limited to: how to communicate efficiently/effectively with coworkers and patients, the total patient experience, and discussions involving finances. Knowledge of Carestack software is a plus.
