We are looking to add a NEW Patient Care Coordinator (30-40 hours/wk) to our current team as we expand our hours for our growing facility.
You will be working together with our current provider team to support our patients. Together you will help support our providers to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions to achieve outstanding results through comprehensive physical and functional medicine strategies. We have a large patient base; we work with many local physicians and surgeons and have strong referral sources. Our facility offers: aquatic therapy with an underwater treadmill and swim current, high end rehab equipment, massage therapy, laser therapy, physical therapy, orthotics, nutrition, personal training and functional medicine. Our philosophy is research based, result driven with a commitment to red carpet service.

Duties include patient care coordination, scheduling, answering phones, coordinating office flow, office administration, sales transactions, processing medical record requests, financial day end, patient referral out's, processing of imaging order requests and attending/contributing to regular meetings.
Schedule will require starting at 7:00am and working until 7:00pm depending on shift.
