Job Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Excellence: Efficiently manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone inquiries.
  • Patient Engagement: Greet patients warmly, ensuring their comfort and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
  • Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and excellent patient experience. 
  • Insurance Handling: Assist patients with insurance-related matters, processing claims accurately and facilitating billing procedures.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative instructions to patients.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA, to maintain a safe and confidential environment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Preferred Dental Office Experience
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and maintain order in a busy front desk setting.
  • Ability to Multitask: Fast paced office, need to be able to move between check-in and check-out duties quickly
  • Team Player: A cooperative mindset, collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Patient Focused: Display a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when managing patient records, appointments, and financial transactions to maintain accuracy and compliance.
