Primary Responsibilities:
We are a fast-growing Dental Practice seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Office Manager. The candidate must be a fast learner, organized, and an excellent communicator. Candidate must be personable and ready to take a leadership role. Office managerial experience is a Must. Candidate must have experience with the day-to-day activities of a dental practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience Managing a Dental Practice, know the day-to-day activities of the dental practice, and have experience as a front desk admin with knowledge of dental insurance. Must understand patient flow, EOBs, Billing, AR, Treatment Planning & presentation. The candidate is comfortable discussing finances and collecting patients' dues. Candidate must be comfortable entering & submitting dental claims and keeping track of claims to closure. Familiar with dental finances and with managing patient accounts. Candidate must be capable of managing and working well with all dental staff. Candidate must be able to hire staff, train, implement, and create and enforce all procedures & manuals for all dental practice positions.
