Dent Master Collision Center is Hiring an Automotive Collision Estimator Near Northglenn, CO

Job description

Dent Master Collision Center in Northglenn is a full collision center that is in need of a New Insurance Estimator. Dent Master started in 1987 as a PDR company and has since expanded to opening a Collision Center. We are looking to add someone to our family that can help us grow and thrive in Colorado.

Job Duties:

  • Must be proficient and knowledgeable in writing insurance estimate
  • Must be proficient in CCC one Workflow Management software
  • Creates and maintains goals and objectives for the shop
  • Helps aid in advancing and expansion of the shop by building business relationships with dealership, fleet accounts as well as other Collision Centers.
  • Monitors the performance of teammates and provides them with guidance and leadership to better their performance.
  • Possesses the ability to teach and train new members of the team so that they will excel and grow.
  • Demonstrates a gift in leading all the staff in the shop in a way that is helpful and that inspires them to succeed, learn and grow in their jobs.
  • Supervise all sales, overall productions and administration of the Center
  • Ensure that every member of the team is following rules and guidelines of the shop.
  • Helps build relationships with insurance companies to development DRP relations that will help aid in business
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance companies and their staff, dealerships, and customers.
  • Assists in all factors of collision repair with a basic knowledge in paint, body, welding, ordering parts, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

  • HS or GED; Post-secondary education in collision repair preferred.
  • Experience in the auto repair industry
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process and its procedures.
  • Must be capable prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Highly Effective leadership and communication skills and the ability to delegate and empower employees.
  • Personable and friendly demeanor, with a "World Class" customer service approach to all customers.
  • Maintains a well-groomed and professional appearance.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

This position is based off of normal collision center environment and requirements. Occasional physical activity is required. This physical activity includes but is not limited to:

Reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to inspect repairs, and lifting and carrying objects over 50lbs.

Other work conditions include but is not limited to:

Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with high levels of noise. Subject to weather conditions both inside and outside of the shop. Required to wear protective equipment when necessary. Occasional sedentary work. Must have visual acuity to determined accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
