Summary Description:

• Lead Complex Airset/No Bake Mold/Core assembly employees by direction and influence; maintain a positive working environment
• Conduct quality inspections and carry out reaction plans as needed to resolve issues
• Carry out all aspects of Molding / Core operation including tend molten aluminum furnace to ensure proper levels, cleanliness and metal consistency and recognize/repair quality issues in a timely manner
• Perform all aspects of rap, saw, grind, deflash, final, blast operations
• Communicate daily with any/all departments directly related to Molding/Core process
• Operate manual machines and power hand tools such as grinders, drills, sanders, die grinders, drill press, saws, etc.
• Operate mobile equipment and cranes such as forklift, electric powered dollies, overhead cranes, etc.
• Operate general hand tools such as hammers, files, punches, etc.
• Perform documentation such as routing, scheduling and quality
• Perform housekeeping as needed to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned
