The inside sales position is responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities. Day to day sales activities include but are not limited to answering the phone and helping walk-in customers, quoting, ordering, setting up shipments and keeping accurate inventory. Must be able to help in warehouse occasionally and be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assiting walk-in customers with product demonstrations or order pickups
• Assist customers with issues such as product selection, pricing and availability
• Answer quesitons or doing research in order to resolve account issues
• Forwarding more complex issues to senior staff for resolution
• Prepare professional and accurate material quotes
• Input sales orders accurately into our internal systems
• Reviewing order confirmations and making sure orders are placed properly
• Keeping inventory of in-stock products
• Coordinating order shipments and deliveries to jobsites
• Oversee fulfillment of orders to ensure products are received complete, on time, and on budget

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
