Job Description

Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor. Process orders/pack pallets/deliver products. Other duties as assigned.

Basic Skills

• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
• Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
• Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
• Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs.
• Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
• Judgment and Decision Making
• Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
• Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

Requirements

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates

• Receive information or instructions for performing work assignments.

Desktop Computer Skills

• Must be proficient in computer skills including basic to intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office suite, email protocol, and intermediate knowledge of internet.

Communication

• Requires interaction with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise)
• Ability to make sound decisions that impact the results of co-workers, clients or the company.

Education and Experience

• Ability to pick up on-the-job training.
• Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
• Pass Background Check and Drug Screening
• Minimum 70% Travel Required
