Demco is currently accepting resumes for a Project Manager within our Projects team. Demco creates inspiring library and school learning environments by combining specialized design services with a comprehensive offering of furniture, shelving, accessories and installation. Our experienced team collaborates with our clients from start to finish, ensuring that our projects are completed according to their specifications.

As a Project Manager with Demco, you will 

• Provide service and support to sales staff and customers by managing the quote through installation process for large furniture projects. 
• Develop quotes, perform order entry, expedite project orders, and field incoming calls and questions from customers and vendors related to our products and services. 
• Deliver customer service that exceeds customer expectations while managing large furniture projects. 
• Working with leadership to support reporting, mentoring, and help determine our vision for servicing our customers as we continue to grow in the marketplace.

This role requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in the commercial furniture or construction industry in a project management and coordination role. The ideal candidate should have very strong organizational skills, strong customer service skills on the phone and in person, excellent attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. The ability to think of and try new things that positions Demco for success with our customers is key for this role. Prior leadership of people is preferred

This position offers a Monday through Friday work schedule and offers the ability to work hybrid, remotely or in our Madison’s East Side facility.
